The Cinnabar.

My daughter spotted this moth as we got home from school. It looked much better on the tree but by the time I'd fetched the camera, then put a new memory card in (too much blipping!) he'd landed on this weed on the drive.
Thanks to a search on a website called UK Moths, I found his name, The Cinnabar, or Tyria jacobaeae. Always something new to learn on blip!
