My son has come home from school today with an award for his work in the design and technology department. In honour of the fact that's he's done something good rather than messing about, we're having another of his favourite meals, the juicy lucy burger featured on Man.v.Food. I've made them with applewood smoked cheddar for the first time, and served them with beer battered onion rings, a definite hit.
