Advantages!

One of the great advantages of living in a "Community" presents itself every Thursday, in the shape of Javier, and his team of gardeners!
The lawns are cut and edges trimmed, shrubs are fertilised, paths are weeded, the palms are looked after...... the irrigation system is maintained and the swimming pool is cleaned!
At a price, of course.......but divided between all the neighbours.....it is manageable!
