The Force of BT

Flashing yellow lights over at the village hall carpark, flashing yellow lights on the road, where a huge, noisy vehicle was working at.....?
And whatever it was, it went on all evening!

But all was explained when I popped down the drive to add to our recycling boxes, and met a man in yellow, who asked me directions to a nearby farm lane.
It was BT - fixing phone lines on the outskirts of the village!
