Doctor in the house

I had the day off work today so I rewarded myself by shampooing the carpets! I know, I'm such a badass!

I've been meaning to do them for a while, beige carpets show every little spot.

I hired the machine from Tesco; it's done a good job and left the carpets relatively dry.

My arms feel like they've done a good workout, from dragging it along the carpet, but it was worth the effort.

I get to chill out tonight as we are at Laura & Steve's for takeaway; I think I deserve it!
