Time for a dip

Hot today, even the swifts are feeling the temperature and have been diving into the swimming pool at a high old rate.

As a novice I am finding it very difficult to focus and set the shutter speed to capture them as more than a blur. If only the little blighters would land at the same spot all the time instead of criss crossing like mad dervishes.

I managed to get 5 decent shots from about 120, I will blip folio the others but my internet connection is ultra slow tonight for some reason, so it can wait.

I am also tetchy with the heat, but luckily am on my own, A out with clients, the boys away to Paris and mountain camp respectively, so my ill humour will just stay with me.
