Lemon Meringue cocktails!

Helen & Steve visited last night so I did cocktail, my Steve did soup, then I did slow roast char Sui pork followed by chocolate puds with a boozy amaretto chocolate sauce. Then Helen showed us the video she has made from our wedding - it is amazing!

Such a talented lady!

Steve and I thought it was perfect as is but Helen still feels some tweaks need to be made.

It was a fun night. Steve is off (my Steve) to US first thing in the morning though so couldn't get too wild!
