Demo and dine

My friend Jo and I had an afternoon's shopping today, then this evening went to a Demo & Dine at the Chequers Restaurant, just outside Deal.  The theme was Tapas, and it was all delicious - and we rolled home!

This is Pieter, the chef, getting everything ready for us to stuff our faces with.  Probably the highlight were the fishcakes with homemade sweet chilli sauce - scrumptious!
