Sausages

They may not be pretty, and they may not all be the same size, but I'm proud of them. My first attempt at making sausages from scratch, mincing the pork in the ancient mincer I inherited from my mother, and adding garlic, fennel, cayenne, chilli, black pepper and salt. They smell amazing and the little piece I fried up to test the seasoning tasted it too. The sausage machine I blipped yesterday was much easier to use than I expected; I feel a cottage industry coming on.....
