This was the view of the conservatory when I got home tonight. It would have been further on but the bricks weren't delivered until 10.00.

You might remember that the firm dug the foundations on Friday because they couldn't do brick laying in all the rain.. They turned up at 8.00 this morning and worked right through until 5.30 this afternoon. They expect to be finished tomorrow and then will begin work on the floor. They are already about two days ahead of schedule, which will be handy if the rain returns. The projected finish date is 17th July but hopefully it will be earlier.

What a contrast to the firm that did the bathroom who stretched 12 days into 19!

I'm a much happier bunny with this job than the last one.

The finish line is in sight...only 3 weeks and 4 days (19 more get ups) until the Summer holidays are here!
