Mini Cruise

A morning of getting jobs done at home then once G&G arrived at midday, Mr J and I set of for our Mini Cruise to Amsterdam!

We had a nice easy drive up to Hull and arrived in plenty of time. We had a Frankie & Benny's for tea then set off again to find the port. Check in was easy, although we were both surprised by the amount of security. We were allowed to board the ship once we had cleared all the passport checks and bag searches. Once on board we had a potter around, found our cabin, had a look in the shop and then found a nice spot in the Sky Lounge bar. We knocked back a few cocktails and enjoyed the live music. Just time for a quick Starbucks to sober up a bit before I attempted to climb into my top bunk!
