Gilded.

Since I worked the weekend, we took Monday off and blistered out of town down to Newport, RI on Sunday afternoon.  We stayed at a fairly new place in town called "Gilded", tipping its hat to Newport's gilded age of robber barons and their enormous mansions.  Needless to say, the light fixtures are gilded and the bathroom fittings, bronze.  The chandelier in our room summed it up.  I include an Extra of the main staircase in the front lobby, and the obligatory macro.  The flower is about 20mm in actual size and the Macro-Elmarit had no trouble filling the frame with one blossom.  Another Extra.
