Figure in the Mist

A murky day so a decent walk was out of the question.  So I hopped on the bus and dropped off a bag full of wool at school then a bag of twiddlemuffs at the hospital.  My blip is taken along the street outside school en route to the hospital.  The mystery figure was standing there a while, looking in to the road, before he turned and walked off in front of me, bit spooky in the mist.
