Hugging
Hugging is good medicine. It transfers energy and gives the person hugged an emotional lift. You need four hugs a day for survival, eight for maintainence, and twelve for growth. Scientists say that hugging is a form of communication because it can say things you don't have the words for. And the nicest thing about a hug is that you usually can't give one without getting one back.
This quote was emailed to me today and even though it was something I had heard before, I had never heard it said so well.
These cuddly little bunnies are growing so quickly. From tiny little "mice" they are starting to look like tiny bunnies. They fit in the palm of my hand and are so warm. The three of them burrow under the fluff and are looked after by their mother and two extra babysitters!
