Since starting photography, and after years of working indoors all day, I now find myself chomping at the bit to get outdoors for a little while each day no matter what the weather. This very rainy day left me wondering what I would blip.   It occurred to me that I hadn’t taken a photo of our very own park this autumn, so I donned my rain slicker and took an umbrella and did a circuit around the pond.  There was no one there.  The foliage was lovely.   What more could I want.  It’s just as well I went, too, because this rain will probably remove the remaining leaves.
