Keep fit Tuesday part 3...

but really it is keep fit 4 as we did a keep fit on a Monday also.... but anyway...
This was the day where the sun shone,but not on us.. a waterproof jacket that was not waterproof and someone stole the large piece of cake AGAIN and one other tanned up in the hope that she could wear something revealing.....
We planned to meet at the Greenway,a cycle and walk that goes .. well it goes places.All morning the sun blazed down... so what did it do when we went for our exercise.. yes,it tipped it down....... but we carried on,as we are real hardcore now.It became apparent that DDLC's 'waterproof' was a lie.. and she had tanned up and then I feel it began to run a little .. either that or she was melting brown stuff off her body....we cycled 3 miles up to Milcote,turned around as the second little café is only open at the weekend and headed back to the one at the beginning of the cycle track... where they had a daily 'special' a cup of tea and a slice of cake for £2.00 !! BONUS... nice cake it was too... DDLC has ginger slice and Tit's and I had cappuccino sponge... lovely.Then we soggily made our way home... I feel I may have burnt off a fraction of cake as I live up the hill that goes out of town..... so I am also very saintly,I may have to change my name to Lance Armstrong.
