Rhododendron

One of the rhododendrons in our garden is starting to flower. The florets are large and will make a lovely show. Everyday we are grateful to the previous owners, Tina and Bruce, for creating such a lovely garden on this property.
Today our friend Ken, who helps me in the garden from time to time, has been sorting out the existing irrigation system. Some sections need repairs but one long section is going quite well. Yay! It will be great not to have to move hoses around during the predicted, upcoming long dry summer.
