Bonfire night

Got up early after a long sleep. Much needed. Did the housework and waited for R's aunt and uncle to arrive. We went into town and had lunch and then a wonder around. I bought some new colourful wellies for the bonfire tonight. Stopped and had hit chocolate and watched some of the rugby final.
Came home to tea and cake before going out.....in the new wellies!!!..... To watch the bonfire and firework display. It's a shame this year as they booked it on 31st so clearly a lot of people had gone to Halloween parties rather than support the Scouts in their efforts with the bonfire. My wellies were well warm though. Happy days.x
