Day out 1

Today caused some upset mainly because I lacked joined up thinking and haven't quite mastered the word 'No'. Had breakfast in a local cafe then on to the airport run bang smack in the middle of R's day off. Went on to Stratford for a mooch and some time out together. We then went out for a Chinese meal which was lovely. On reflection this week has not been at all what I wanted or planned for but I have thought a lot and learnt a lot. Today was a nice slow day to reset the cycle. I have to say it could always be worse.
