Ouch!
Evening run with Jogscotland - tripped, fell on head and shoulder - 5 hours in A&E for head injury (now banned from driving, watching to, reading, painting, running...for 3 days!). Road rash on shoulder. Big bump on head. End of #RunEveryDay in October attempt. Interesting experience hanging out in A&E ...and that was a Monday night! :-/
