Derelict Sunday - Horsebox

A foggy start to the day which soon gave way to sunshine. We went out for our walk late morning - it was very warm.

We walked up the old A1 layby towards Clifford Moor and stopped to photograph this old horsebox. It hasn't moved in about 10 years - and is covered in algae and dirt. Not sure if the owner would agree but I think it looks derelict!

Fog descended late afternoon again and I did pop out to the church to try and shoot it in the dark with fog - but not had time to process them yet - it looked a bit spooky. The fog also has a soundproofing effect so it was eerily quiet - just the odd little rustling of small creatures!
