Ben's new school

Up at 6am, first meeting at 7am then met with Ben and Peter at 10 am for an introduction to St Margaret's, Bens new secondary school. Straight to New Brighton to meet my client, on the way home I found out Tanya was in Alder Hey with Lee, so went to see them at 7.30. Had a lumbar punch and on intravenous antibiotics for 2 days, poor Tanya.
Alex and I left at 10.45, shattered
Oh I lost a 1/2 lb tonight, very happy since I drank and ate from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 8 pm.
