Two beauties!

Arrived in Matsumoto yesterday and went out to a very nice Japanese cuisine restaurant for dinner with son James, his lovely wife Yukari, and their two delightful children - Eleanor (8) and Ceilidh (6).
This features Eleanor and her mum. They are as nice to be with as they are pretty to look at! I am very proud of my Japanese family.
Today we had our first significant rainfall since arriving in Japan over three weeks ago. It was chilly and not very comfortable out of doors, but no complaints.....and the forecast is for the sunshine that has followed us everywhere to return tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
