Addict

Borderlands Tour Day 5:  Spent the day in Mexico.  Assistance to newly deported Mexicans.  Community digging / gardening.  Drug rehab program.  Dinner with several migrant wannabes.

One of the conundrums of the border (wall) is the flow of drugs northward; some argue that the border walls pressure more local people to become users and/or mules.  Marijuana bundles catapulted across the wall.  Everyone says the drugs are still flowing; the cartels just get more creative.  

My subject today is enrolled in a drug rehab program; probably has not been photographed by anyone for a long time.  See her again in the extra.
