Courgetti punishment

Found out how much weight I put on on holiday and am a bit depressed now. It was worth it (kind of) but now the race is on to shift it.

Hence courgetti spaghetti tonight and trying to lay off the bread, chocolate and booze (all my vices!)

All still ill here. Angus stayed home to work today so it was nice to have some company. Misery likes company.

Gotta shake my tail feather and get out and have meetings and stuff tomorrow. Which will involve washing my hair and putting make-up on and leaving the house. Not looking forward to that in my current state!
