Wooden 'sculpture'

I went to the park while hubby was in the physio and came across this. The earth had been formed into two circles around fallen tree trunks that had been smoothed into gentle shapes. Rather calming to look at and sit upon.
I took Tia and she seemed to enjoy being on her own - she chased seagulls and ran around like a pup! I couldn't have managed Ellie as well in such an open place with people walking to work. She'd have jumped up at them.
Not many leaves left on the trees now, one sharp frost will see them fall off I think! :-)

I think I managed one extra photo today but chose three. One of the pavilion, one of Castle Ashby lake and one looking up into an ancient Horse Chestnut tree..
