A misty Saltburn today
I've been playing with a Topaz plug-in - so the real scene was a bit greyer and cloudier.
A slow start for us this morning with a grey start, but then we had a couple of hours of lovely sunshine when I sat outside and tried to photograph the birds on the feeders. By the time we got to Saltburn the mist had descended again so we had a short walk on the beach, ate our sandwich like a couple of oldies (we weren't quite wrapped up in blankets as it was quite mild) and had a short trip to Sainsbury's where the self-service till was determined to thwart us! Ann made it up the cliff steps - quite an achievement for her at the moment. I think she was hoping for the lift which was out of action. We're now back enjoying the warmth of the log-burner.
