Cedar of Lebanon?

I picked up this cone locally last weekend. I think it's a Cedar of Lebanon but I'm having difficulty in identifying it. I thought it looked like lots of pairs of old dry lips, puckering up (you may have to get on your side to achieve that vision though). 
I've finished work for the week now, and am not back until Monday. Yippee!! 
I'm off on a mini-mission tomorrow - alone. Nothing exciting. I may decide to let you know what it was - I may not.
