Clowning around

Well: the opposite in fact. With the team we had a full day of discussion with representatives from the 22 Area Support Teams. Mainly the Area Conveners themselves or their Deputes.

A full day discussing: networking, planning leadership discussions, planning in its own right for 2016-17, issues of concern and what was going well, the aims for digital strategy, jointly with the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration, for the children's hearings system to name a few.

Some priorities came to the fore and a few emerging challenges highlighted. We'll reflect on how these might be progressed.

Overall a positive constructive day with a few laughs.

It was a grey damp day outside so this clown outside a circus themed cafe near to where we were meeting brightened up the day.
