Abstract Thursday: A Shell

Not a brilliant start to the day as I felt a bit giddy and depressed when I woke up - I may have suffered a migraine in my sleep, which can sometimes have that effect for quite a while afterwards.  I slowly pressed on with getting things done at home, and feel a lot better this evening.  I've messed about with this image of a shell in a couple of photo editors to make it look as if it's in the sea.
