Proud Mum moment...

....Simone was nominated from 1,200 students...and won the 'Learner Endeavour' award for 2012.

It's her first year in mainstream college & I'm so proud of the effort & enthusiasm she puts in to every single day. Its so lovely that it was recognised by her tutors too :)

It's a lovely evening here...so now I have dried my tears of joy I am off to weed for an hour at the allotment...
