Wet Lichen

Very wet and windy this morning, the gale blew the cowl half off the roof which funnelled the wind down the chimney into the Rayburn, kitchen covered with soot. Then the gale blow the cowl right off...problem solved for now.

Wasted most of the day at computer and watching home alone 2 with the kids.

Eventually got up and picked the remaining tomatoes in the greenhouse before making it a cosy winter quarters for the Guinea pigs. Weather still bad and forecast worse so moved Ginger and Fudge straight into their winter house. Couldn't face more painting so feet up now for the rest of the day.
