Sneak peek (1)

Poking my camera through the security fencing at the nearby development   earned me a guided tour from a friendly security guard.  

It looks absolutely spiffing.  Joy of joys the cafe DOES face towards the sea under the ships' arches of the old part of the building.  Very nicely done and only three houses from home.

Due to open within four weeks.  All workmen gone, computers being moved in.  An abundance of Blip opportunities right on the doorstep, might even become my new muse ….  

In fact this shot made me wonder if one of the designers might be a Blipper.  I'll try to find out.
