November walk

Slow morning of coffee and several slow meals - then headed up the valley to visit Idella - she asked me if I was looking forward to the snow, which I am - she says she too is looking forward to it and the other day when there was snow in the forecast, she asked the nureses to wheel her to the window "I watched for it all day" she said - hahaha
after our heartwarming visit we got our hearts pumping with a walk around the Belle Island Marsh - cold bracing wind sunny sky - stark november light - auburns reds rust in the marsh grass and treees - the sun was setting as we left and painting colours from every end of the crayon box all over the sky - i could have watched that show all night
made a warm yummy soup when we got home and then watched Santa Clause II - never too early - hahaha
