Photographic Poeticisms

By TerryRhiannyr

Ladies and Gentlemen, May I present

Above
the Larry Mountains
A Satellite
Passes in a rush
And Beyond
The North Pole
In a place
Surrounded
By clear blue water
A child
Reflects
And I sit
Alone tonight
Remembering
That we were
Beautiful together
That
No one on Earth
Can thrill me like you do
I sit
In Amsterdam
Remembering
September

Phew! Made it to my second Blip milestone... 100 photos, 100 poems.

It has been brilliant! Damned hard work occasionally trying to get new words to a photo each day but it has improved my photography immensely - I now run a second Blip stream that is pure photography - and has helped increase my range of poetry styles.

One hundred thousand thanks and more to everyone on here who has viewed, commented, awarded, fave'd and most of all who have supported me with their, often humbling, words.

And a special thankyou to my dear friend Emy of Daily Wild and the indomitable Larry fame who pursuaded me to invest in a new lens - Canon 18-200mm - which re-awoke my waning interest in my photography and who, subsequently, pursuaded me to join the Blip community.

And why this photo? Well, I had to get a 100 in somewhere and how better than by using the cover of one of my favourite albums oh, and blatently nicking their track titles to make my poem of the day!

Thanks all, see you in another 265 days I hope :) xx
