Autumn woods

Took the car for service this morning, then walked back along the river and through the woods, (They do offer a courtesy car or taxi , but it was warm if damp )Then walked to a meeting, before walking back for the car by an alternative route. The colours were muted and not stimulating, so when the bright  bullfinch appeared, I took the extra as quickly as possible, as they do not hang around. By the time I'd focussed he'd disappeared! So no apologies for a fuzzy.
