Zoe Zebra!

Watched the sun rise from our massai tent...a real memory moment as it was truely amazing. Today was our first day in Serengeti. We got to the welcome gate and were greeted by some very nice toilets. Then first stop was to observe some of the migration of the Wilderbeasts...there were thousands. The only problem we found for the rest of the day was the flies which were incredible. You can see one here in the shadow of the much more beautiful zebra.
Paul papped my arm at one point when i was taking some shots of a leopard and i must have had 50flies on my upper arm alone - yuck!

Main 'game' highlights were leopards and cheetars with their cubs and many other breathtaking moments of being a small fish in a very large pond.

Later that day we arrived at our amazing Olakiri camp had a little ciesta and could not believe the luxury touches that they had organised. We had robes in our tent, champagne on ice and hot water bottles in our beds when we returned after dinner.
Evening was very sociable with a nice group sat round the camp fire enjoying the free bar!
