Taxi Fares Go Up.

Noddy, one of the many self employed taxi drivers , has put his fares up. He was charging 50p per minute driven in any direction. This included music. Now the fare has risen to £1 per 50 Seconds in any direction with music. Of course he never charges for his best friend Tessie Bear to go anywhere.
Noddy celebrated his 66th birthday this year.
