Dark and dismal

I went outside this afternoon to look for flowers but they'd all drowned. Instead I walked a little along the canal and took this shot of the canal.

This morning was spent at the funeral of a neighbour.

This shot and title suits my mood today perfectly. Heading out now into the wind and hail stones to take karate kid to football. Yes it's outside!!
