Super Fast Skype

We had a great Skype session to Taiwan today. The quality of the picture and sound were better than we have ever seen it (although you wouldn't think so from this photo). 
This is our elder grandson Kai, with his Mum, standing near to their kitchen. He had put paints on his body and face and a headband, as he was playing "cowboys and indians". You can also see a tiny selfie with me in the bottom right hand corner.
We've had sightings of "men in holes" all around our village in this last week, and it has been revealed that they have been working on putting fibre broadband connection in our area and it should be up and running by the beginning of next year. We were so astonished by the quality of our connection today that we did a speed check, and the upload speed had jumped from a miserable 7 Mbps to 18.6 Mbps - and that is before the work has been completed.
