Sharing a Joke

The weather turned quite nasty today. Lots of wind and rain. I joined a group of smokers in the doorway of the Sun, just off Market Square. I was a bit desperate for a portrait and was trying to persuade Madelaine (on the right) to let me take a shot of her. Her reluctance caused quite a bit of amusement. I think the joke here was on me, although I did eventually succeed. I usually do when I'm desperate!
