Nearly there

Day three of the pavement artists awesome piece of work. Should be ready for tomorrow, I shall blip it anyway even if it`s not quite finished.
It`s all going to be going on in Leicester this weekend with the culmination of the Torch relay on Monday evening at Abbey Park where this piece of art is going to be moved to slab by slab.
If you are in the city over the coming days, wander across to Orton Square near the Curve Theatre were you will see the Lionheart exhibtion....3 huge crocheted lions ( yes crocheted) in an enormous glass trailer,36 miles of wool, god knows how big the needle was, to complete them. They are fantastic

we had a devastating hailstorm in the village earlier today. Hailstones the size of golf balls pelting down with rain of biblical proportions. Our garden was destroyed virtually, all the plants battered to within an inch of their petals. Our neighbours have suffered broken windows to their houses and cars, roof tiles smashed...Rogers car has about thirty dents in it. Autoglass are doing a roaring trade at the moment as are the glazing firms and roofers
