The Big Galah!!

Perhaps it's just an Aussie thing but we seem to LOVE big objects. We have the Big Prawn, Banana, Wombat, Pineapple, Ram, tennis racket, etc etc. Well today we encountered (once again) the Big Galah at Kimba in South Australia.

Standing 8 metres in height you could hardly miss it. We are back in Burra tonight, the quaint little historical village in the Clare Valley. It was quite a drive from Streaky Bay to Burra. Just over 600kms. I think we might have a few shorter driving days before we hit the old Wombat Hollow.
