The fruits of our labours

This is one of our reception rooms - even starting to talk like an estate agent - and as you can see is now furnished. When we first arrived not a stick of furniture in the house and so you can see a lot has been done.
Classically last night a radiator started leaking and the plumber was called but couldn't fit in a visit.
Slightly miraculously just before we were about to leave, he called back to say he could drop by which he did and fixed it. A relief.
Tricia took the opportunity to beetle off to pick up her jacket from Penzance where it was being mended and to get some spare keys cut.
The cobbler hadn't got around to fixing the jacket and the keys that were cut didn't fit. A great trip!
Up country then to Cheltenham before the longer leg tomorrow.
