All by myself

So I have the whole day to my self.....therefore it wasnt the most overly productive of days, went for a wonder round the shops before hitting the beach before retreating into the shade, pre first work out in a while running by the beach. (hawaiian heat is not forgiving)

The evening did improve slightly with some people at the hostel, made it a much better last night in hawaii, but a much later one than planned.

This blip, very random I know but my parents will understand why I saw this and thought of them whilst in the shops today.
