A bit of rot

The owners of this home are having additional work done at the same time as their earthquake repairs. This  rotten frame and those adjoining will be replaced by flash new double glazed ones.

A previous owner did some very dodgy DIY building. Everything they touch reveals yet more remedial work.

The result will be fabulous but I'm glad I'm not footing the bill.
