Grandfather Kookaburra and the Moon

I have to say that this was the biggest Kooka I have ever seen......an absolute giant.

The sun has been out most of the day with just a few little showers...just wonderful.

I went around experimenting with the new lens today......hmmmm! got some great shots of sparkling droplets and close ups of wonderful blooms...but I seem to of been doing a lot of that lately.

I know I have done Kookas quite a bit also but it has been a while and you really can't tell in this pic but he is an absolute monster....had to share.
