Soggy

Like many, most of today was spent watching the news in shock at the attacks in Paris last night and the unspeakable horror.

I had a quiet day; checking on my fainting friend, and on my soggy allotment. I had planned on turning more over today, but the soil was just too drenched, and it started to pour down yet again when I was up there. We're hoping for a frost to dry the soil and hopefully kill some weeds off. 

I admitted defeat and drove over to Mum's to spend a night under the blanket watching tv.
