Cantillon Rose Gambrinus

I couldn't resist this, not only for the label but also as it is a proper Belgian lambic fruit beer with a nice amount of sourness to offset the sweetness of the fruit.

Actually saw Jen for the first time in what seems like absolutely ages despite the fact it was only last Sunday. So dinner tonight was a bit special, some venison fillet strips with garlic mushrooms to start and some fairly rare beef fillet for main. It was a bit late by the time we got to eat due to Jen being fairly late back from work but all in all a much more pleasant evening than the last few weeks have generally been.

Iron Sky came out on Blu-Ray this week so I picked that up at lunchtime, having found that RBS seem to be getting their act back together and I did get paid. It has not had a great effect on me but I pity the people who have the bank let them down so spectacularly. I think I may be heading to another bank soon...
