Looks like Winter starts tomorrow

A big drop in air temperature forecast with Wintery showers ahead.

So I went into panic buying mode and rushed to the Garden Centre and bought a new Snow Shovel - I have never had one before its a lovely one-picece red one in tough plastic.  

Also bought a new Yard Brush for those lighter snow days - my current brush can manage a few leaves but nothing tougher.

I asked for Rock Salt - "Oh we don't have any in yet!"  - made me feel like a terrible pestimist (sic) for asking.

Bought a Toastie loaf and some tins of soup - That will see me through until Spring :-)

Oh go on - Have a laugh with me  or shall we start a Sweepstake for the date of my first SNAKE PASS CLOSED DUE TO SNOW blip ?
